You can add vegetables to your eggs and use freshly squeezed fruit juice (Not the ones from the stores as you don’t know how much sugar is in them) for the healthy trifecta.

3. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a good meal to eat and especially at breakfast. Make your oatmeal with milk or water, but add salt and pepper instead of sugar.

4. Toast

Make sure your bread is 100% whole grain. Include lettuce in it and tomatoes for a healthy vegetarian breakfast.

I call this simple sandwich because you can make a simple sandwich anytime and anywhere and it won’t cost you anytime.

Get two slices of 100% whole grain bread, get lettuce or cabbage and also some sliced tomatoes.

Place the tomatoes and vegetables on one slice of the bread and cover them with the other slice.

Bam!

You have a simple sandwich. It’s that easy and I make it all the time.

8. Fruit smoothie

The reason I’m including fruit smoothie to the mix is because it is easy to make, super healthy and thick which makes you feel like you have eaten a normal breakfast.

You can mix any sort of fruit you want but to make it thick, you should add banana to the mix and milk also.

You could make a peanut butter and banana smoothie.

Blend frozen bananas, peanut butter, soy milk, honey, and a few ice cubes.

9. Salad

This is another perfect breakfast you could have.

Although you don’t feel like you have eaten anything, salad gives you the energy to do a lot and still have some reserve left to do more things.

Many people don’t like eating salad because it consists mostly of vegetables and does not particularly taste good.

But eating salad every morning, or with all your meals can have a tremendous positive effect on your overall health.
