But eating that kind of food everyday will have a long term effect on your health.

So why do doctors say you should eat a light dinner?

This is because our body uses the food we eat as fuel for energy.

And when you eat in the morning and afternoon, you burn the food by the work you do all day through work and all.

But after eating at night, you don’t do anything again.

At least most of us don’t.

Night time is a time of rest and when you gobble up heavy meals that you can’t burn off because you are not doing any work at night, your body stores the food as fat and the more you do this, the more fat is being stored in your body until one day you wake up and find out that your pants don’t fit you anymore.

This is why we are advised to eat only light foods at dinner.

This way your body uses the light meal to replenish your system by giving you back some of the energy you lost during the day and the rest of the energy is restored during your good night rest.

2. Eat 4 – 6 hours before you go to bed

The reason you eat 4-6 hours before going to bed is because your food needs time to digest.

Going to bed with a full stomach when your body shuts down will only turn the food into fat.

Then you wake up feeling tired and heavy.

3. Drink water first thing in the morning

Drink water first thing in the morning after waking up.

You don’t have to drink as much as the guy above but you should still drink a lot. The benefits of drinking water are great.


Because normally, when you drink water first thing in the morning, it cleanses your stomach.

Doing this makes you healthy with time.

So what if you eat healthy the night before and still drink water first thing in the morning?

It amplifies your weight loss journey and clears your stomach of any junk.

Normally, you’ll be hungry in the morning after you wake up.

But don’t go rushing to the fridge to grab that food.


Drink water and wait at least 10-15 minutes before you eat again.
